Hey there Europe! That’s awesome about your race! I’m doing alright, got footy training tonight so I’m pretty keen beans for that! I head down the Gold Coast tomorrow for a basketball tournament, so I’m hoping I’ve done enough fitness stuff to be on the ball all week and end up with a decent game at the end. They’re always fun times and great people to hang out with go, so it should be fairly awesome :)

Pre-Workout:
Get Enough Sleep
Eat Well
Hydrate
Stretch
(ALWAYS) Warm Up
Post Workout:
Cool Down
Stretch
